HARES ARE ALWAYS REQUIRED We can’t run unless we have volunteer hares. Don’t be shy, it’s not difficult and if you have never laid a trail before, consider teaming up with a more experienced Hasher to learn the 'tricks of the trade'! ‘On Line has also written a comprehensive guide which will be available on the site very soon. Don’t forget, acting as hare counts as 2 runs for your mug/T-shirt ratings!! Check out The Forecast Of Events for dates and if you are able to lay any of the trails please inform 'On Badger as soon as possible. HOUNDS Whilst we have a number of names on our membership list, we do not see them all regularly – often because of the pressures of work. There are doubtless other potential Hashers out there and it seems that the best way of attracting them is by word of mouth and dragging them out for a run. Once they realise that we are quite sane (!) and the joys of Dorset countryside and pubs they tend to stay but it is getting them to that point which is difficult.
